  • Our facilities provide the flexibility to produce metallurgically sound forgings for specific customer needs. Allow for the manufacture of forgings in a wide range and provide versatility in terms of component size, shape and material specification.
  • An exclusive bay of friction drop hammers, from 750 kgs to 2000 kgs capacity with individual billet heating furnaces and trimming presses constitute the forge shop.
  • We are equipped with a full fledged tool room to manufacture dies and tools. Advanced equipment such as VMC and Spark erosion machines (EDM) are used.
  • A state-of-the-art continuous pusher type furnace along with a battery of oil fired furnaces and supported by an furnace with adequate mechanical handling facilities and temperature control systems constitute the heat treatment shop, which facilitates normalizing, annealing, hardening and tempering processes.

Set up as an ancillary to the Enfield group in Dec 1964, to meet the growing need for high quality forgings,  commenced production in 1965. Gradually forged ahead to become a name to reckon with in the forging space.
